Who's Not - TNA
They gave up their Wednesday PPV slot because it just didn't work out after two years. Jeff Jarrett vs. Jeff Hardy in "The Biggest Match in TNA History" was a complete flop. Their first TNA Impact taping without a Wednesday PPV was "rained out." TNA is losing all sorts of momentum and is growing closer and closer to becoming a minor blip on the wrestling radar. TNA's weak Fox Sports Net time slot is not going to bring in any new fans and could lead to drastic changes.
- Paul London
Paul London was finally starting to get his big push. He, along with Billy Kidman formed a competitive team that held the Tag Team Titles. Enter a freak accident to Chavo Guerrero that was Kidman's fault and. Since that time, Kidman has bailed on London on two separate occasions. The first was a tag team loss in a Non Title Match on the September 2 edition of Smackdown. The second time was much more costly as Kidman walked out on London on the September 9 edition of Smackdown. That led to Kidman & London losing the Tag Titles to Rene Dupree & Kenzo Suzuki. Kidman is apparently unwilling to help out London, which leaves London as the whipping boy for other tag teams and guys like Heidenreich.
- Edge
Edge had become one of the more successful Intercontinental Champions over the past month and a half as champ. He defeated Chris Jericho & Batista at Summerslam, and before that, retained the belt against Jericho in one on one matches. However, Edge went down with an injury at a Weekend Houseshow and is out for six to eight weeks. Eric Bischoff decided to strip Edge of the Title, giving Jericho and Christian the chance to fight for it at Unforgiven. Edge has vowed to return to regain his IC Title. As for now, Edge is merely a spectator who can only watch as Jericho defends the belt he never lost.
